Ordering Process and Correction Options

You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window. Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to correct and/or change any input errors using the correction function.

The customer has the option to select and order products within the online shop. Before submitting the order, Linneborn Metallwaren GmbH allows the customer to review the order data and correct any input errors.

By sending the order from the virtual "shopping cart," the customer submits a binding order for the items contained therein. Linneborn Metallwaren GmbH will confirm receipt of this order to the customer immediately in text form via email.

Linneborn Metallwaren GmbH is entitled to accept the customer's contract offer within three business days of receipt of the order. The contract with the customer only comes into effect upon the express acceptance of the order by Linneborn Metallwaren GmbH. A binding contract may also be concluded beforehand if the customer selects an online payment method and makes the payment immediately after submitting the order. In this case, the contract is concluded at the time the corresponding payment service provider confirms the execution of the payment instruction to the customer.

The contract text is stored by Linneborn Metallwaren GmbH. The order data, including the terms of the contract and these General Terms and Conditions, will be sent to the customer separately in text form. The General Terms and Conditions can also be accessed via the online shop website. Registered customers have the option to retrieve their own order history after submitting the order from the virtual "shopping cart" via the internal customer area. Login takes place directly on the online shop website by entering the username and the password previously chosen by the customer.
